"Your Internal Work is the Greatest Work"
Kimberly Mackall founded KLM Consulting Group from her undeniable passion for supporting women leaders and entrepreneurs with coaching and business solutions in the secular and non-secular arena. Early on, Kimberly spent hours on phone calls, meetings, and at lunches helping women talk through life’s challenges, career changes, business problems and other obstacles. She served as a life and business coach before the term became popular.
Professionally, Kimberly has worked as a claims leader in the insurance industry for over 25 years, 15 of which as a senior leader. She’s a graduate of Regent University School of Divinity with a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology and an interdisciplinary focus on women’s issues. Kimberly is an insurance professional with expertise in disaster response, operations, administration, and talent development. She’s a sought-after mentor who leads with compassion, competence, and charisma.

As a seminarian, Kimberly did not follow a traditional education track. In addition to theology classes, she attended classes in the School of Law, Business, and Public Policy which reflected her areas of calling. Today, she uses her education and training to view today’s social issues with a biblical worldview. As a community strategist, Kimberly has led non-profit organizations and participated on Boards of Directors to create healthy thriving communities addressing initiatives such as housing, education, safety, transportation, and other issues. This “heart work” led her to work collaboratively with organizations and governmental entities to meet various needs through policy changes, programming, and fundraising. She developed scholarships for single moms to continue their education or embark upon entrepreneurship to support their families while helping the local economy. She collaborated with local middle and high school administrators to prepare first-generation students for college. Kimberly was Vice President of the local Housing Authority spearheading Mixed-Use Development for diverse economic levels.
Kimberly is a woman of faith, perseverance and loves a challenge. More importantly, she loves to see the transformation that occurs when individuals work to overcome challenges in their personal and professional lives. Kimberly serves the community with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as chair of the Emergency Response Team, cycling enthusiast as co-lead of Black Girls Do Bike Oklahoma City, triathlete, and half marathon participant. She leads small groups for the Midwest City location of People’s Church in addition to serving in Mabel Bassett Correctional Facility. She has an adopted daughter, Crystal, who lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
